It aims to be an atmospheric, In Drizzlepath you are set on a journey to the top of the Mountain of Fire. This game made me feel like I no longer needed to go outside for exercise. The story was preety good, if this was out before Dear Esther, I wouldn't have a comparison point & this would fare better. Graphics are great in places not so good in others. You need to stick to the dirt path otherwise the graphics get very blocky and wierd.

This game is graphically very beautiful. Cryengine 3 meets walking simulator. There may be a few reused crysis assets but I've always found myself pursuing new vistas, which the game is good about letting you do, thanks to the ease of mapping in cryengine. Great looking game, but there are some weird artifacts like fluid soil, pixellated rain and flat/missing textures.

The tune sort of builds up getting a bit more intensive every time you arrive at a checkpoint. An interesting and abstract experience. A narrator tells you an abstract story about insanity while you wander through beautiful environments.
