The graphics are amazing, The gameplay is excellent, The story is somewhat simple and The environments themselves are really good. A good game with nice art style and cool mechanics like switching over dimensions to complete solve certain situations. I fully completed the game, with all 60 achievements. The game was incredibly fun.

Guacamelee is a joy to play platforming beat'em up done in a Metroidvania style. Combat is fun with all the combos you can pull off. Game is full of humor and video game references. The beat em up gameplay is simple yet satisfying most of the time, including some challenging and well designed boss fights. Guacamelee is likely my favorite title of any video game ever. This game was a surprise gem. Combined with tons of references, secrets, and jokes made for a enchalada filled adventure we were expecting. The side quests and hidden treasures are addictive.
