Whistleblower is meant to be a prequel, the story of our new protagonist is a bit more interesting, but revealing anything further would be a spoiler so I'll refrain from doing that. The DLC is exploiting the original mechanics, nothing has changed here, and you will probably be hardly surprised, watching Waylon, in the beginning of his journey.

This is a rare horror game that doesn't rely on jump scares to do its scaring. Though the mystery of what happened in Mount Massive was already discovered, developer Red Barrels has shown that there are plenty of new horrors. OUTLAST successfully captured many horror thriller genre gamers attention and so did this one.

First off, let me start by saying that Outlast is one of my favorite horror games of all time, and when I heard about Whistleblower. I was truly scared through most of the game, but some parts were extremely frustrating and I kept dying. I feel like I am reading a horror novel, Good to see there are still companies out there willing to do games this extreme.
